Morris Everett
Chambers
May 15, 1993 – October 19, 2018
Obituary OBITUARY: Morris E. Chambers, 1933-2018 Born in Bozeman, Mt., on May 15th, 1933 as the second of 4 sons born to Everett and Doris Chambers (both deceased). He has two surviving brothers, Dale and Jack in Eastern WA. Joining the Navy at the age of 17, he served in the Korean War from 1950-1953, followed by several years in the Reserves. He married Donna W. Arnold in 1951 and they had two children, Virginia Delyanis (George Delyanis MD) and Richard Chambers (Ken Averett). They greatly enjoyed travels and adventures with their children and grandchildren and even the oldest great grandchildren. After a long battle with brain cancer, Donna preceded him in death in 2003, with Dad having been a loving and dedicated care giver for more than 10 years after her diagnosis. There are well loved surviving grand children and great grandchildren who he delighted in bragging about: Grandchildren include Victoria (Vicki) Chavis, Shauna Chambers, Peter Delyanis (Lianne) and Annie Delyanis. Great grandchildren, Mikala, Allie, Nick, Gabby, Arianna, Jaziah, Audrianna, Mariah and Michael. Many nieces and nephews. In 1954 Morris went to work for Boeing Aerospace and moved to many locations in Montana, No Dakota, So Dakota, and back to Wa for the last several years before retiring in 1988. He will be terribly missed by family and friends, but forever remembered for his generous heart, mischievous grin, and twinkling blue eyes. The family would like to thank all his MultiCare providers for their expert care and kind concern.
