James Allan Kasper passed peacefully and joined Jesus in Heaven the morning of December 10th, 2021. He was surrounded and supported by his loving family during the last days of his life. James was born to Adolph and Evelyn Kasper in Moscow Idaho on February 4 th , 1940. A cowboy at heart, James grew up in the country. He loved horses, trail riding, hunting and his family. James is survived by his dear wife, Judith Torgerson Kasper and his three children (and spouses): Anna Marie Boyd, Jacqueline Jean Dee (David Dee) and Michael James Kasper (Sara Kasper). Eight grandchildren: Daniel Kiefer, Robin Hevly, Kendra Hosking, Kylee Hosking, Kurtis Kasper, Kayla Kasper, Karlie Lang and Kody Kasper. Ten Great Grandchildren! James is also survived by his brother Roger Kasper. He is preceded in death by his Father, Adolph Kasper, his Mother Evelyn Kasper, brother Ronald Kasper and sister Marlin Kasper.
