Helen passed away September 29, 2022, aged 91 at Judson Park Nursing Home, Des Moines Washington. She was born August 26, 1931 in Yakima Washington, second child of John Russell Downs and Monica Elizabeth Green. She attended Catholic school (skipped a grade), attended Lake Washington High School and graduated from Highline High School in 1949. Married Ronald Lee Davis March 17, 1951, raised two sons, Douglas Michael Davis and Mark George Davis. Worked in bookkeeping and retail until retirement. Helen loved to travel, but loved her home and family as well. One of eight children, her siblings were Paul Downs, Pat Sauers, Betty Rugh, Mark Downs, Bob Downs, Mike Downs, Gary Downs. She leaves behind her two daughters-in-law, Carol Davis and Jane Davis, her grandchildren Joseph Davis, Daniel Davis, Mike Davis and Jon Davis and great-grandson Mikey Davis.
