Born on May 4, 1934, in Yakima, Washington, Frances was the daughter of Edwin Anderson and Eva Allen. Her roots were deeply connected to the Yakima Valley, where her grandmother Edna first arrived in a covered wagon, a testament to her family's pioneering spirit. Frances grew up inspired by her father's career with the railroad, which instilled in her a strong work ethic and dedication to the community. Frances married the love of her life, Charles "Chuck" Moman, and together they built a life filled with love and partnership for 60 beautiful years, until his passing. She cherished their family and embraced her roles as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Frances was preceded in death by her husband Chuck and their three sons: Charles Jr., Dale, and Doug. Despite these profound losses, she carried on with resilience and grace. Professionally, Frances was a trailblazer, working as a supervisor in the aerospace industry at Heath Tecna for 31 years. Her dedication and leadership earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues. She was also a proud member of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Veterans Association, maintaining her family's connection to the railroads. Frances found joy in the outdoors, loving camping, travel, and the beauty of nature. Her adventurous spirit and love for exploration were shared with her family and friends, creating cherished memories that will last forever. She is survived by her sister, Lois Gunderson, and her brother Richard (Karen) Anderson. Her legacy lives on through her nine grandchildren: Justin Romero, Cayla Emerson, Cara (Michael) James, Camber Nash, Nicole (Kevin) Jones, Tonya (Mathew) Welborn, Christopher (Courtney) Moman, Amanda (Joshua) Schlegel, and Scott Shipman. Frances was also blessed with 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren, who brought her immense joy and pride.
