Wayne was 74 years young when he passed away in Puyallup, Washington on 2, January 2023.

He was born in Hugo Oklahoma on 7, October 1948. He joined the US Army on 5/16/67 and served in Vietnam.

He is survived by his loving wife Joan, son Earl, Daughter in Law Karin, Sister Jan (Bill) Duncan, sister in laws Maxine Kaus, Marlene Hegwood, and Denise Koranda.

Grandchildren: Lynne Medina, Kyle Dunham, David Isham, Steven Isham.

Great Grandchildren: Haylie Medina, Kaden Welsh, Julianne Medina, Lykan Isham, Vaylen Isham, Autumn Isham, and Sophie Isham.

Many nieces and nephews.

Adopted sons: Robert (April) Gaurin, Tony Danford, and Dan (Kathy) Mezek

Numerous family friends.

He was proceeded in death by his parents Claude and Mollie Ballard, sister Claudette Black.
